Taught by a Registered Nurse, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. We encourage the attendance of your support person. This class covers breastfeeding and pumping: Basic Breastfeeding, Milk production, Hormones of breastfeeding, Positions, Signs of a good latch, How to know your baby is getting enough, Pumping and breast milk storage, and Maintaining your milk supply. Snacks and water provided. Classes are completely FREE and held on Saturday's from 10-12pm
