Attention All Junior Confectionery Bakers! Before heading back to school join us at The Confectionery Academy for a fun and instructional hands-on day learning new skills while making a variety of delightful and yummy treats to impress your friends and family. No experience is needed and everything is supplied. Just come ready to have learn and even bring a friend to share the experience. And join us for a second Junior Workshop to learn more fun and tasty treats on July 27.
In this class Students will:
• Make & bake an Oreo Loaf Cake
• Decorate cupcakes with whimsical and unique designs
• Learn easy filling of piping bags
• Learn to use a variety of piping tips & techniques
• Make Peanut Butter Fudge
• Packaging for favors and gift giving
