Attention All Junior Confectionery Bakers! Before heading back to school kids ages 8-13yrs can join us at The Confectionery Academy for a fun and instructional hands-on day Learning new skills while making a variety of delightful and yummy treats to impress your friends and family. No experience is needed and everything is provided. Just come ready to learn and even bring a friend to share the experience. Students will take home the yummy items they create in class!
In this class, Students will:
• Bake Banana Bread
• Decorate cookies with fun & whimsical designs
• Learn to use a variety of piping tips and techniques
• Make Fantasy Fairy Fudge
• Packaging for favors and gift giving
