Grand Opening of The Grove and the New Orlando Tennis Centre

Join Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer, District 3 Commissioner Robert F. Stuart and partners, Dr. Phillips Charities, to celebrate the grand opening of The Grove and the New Orlando Tennis Centre. The City Beautiful’s newest 66-acre park, The Grove, features trails for biking and walking, a regional stormwater pond and preserved wetlands. The park also features a large outdoor pavilion and green space ideal for the public to bring their lawn chairs and blankets for picnics and performances. The Packing District is also home to the new Orlando Tennis Centre featuring 11 clay courts, six hard courts (two of which can convert to pickleball courts), an updated clubhouse, and the latest technology.
These public amenities were made possible thanks to land donated by Dr. Phillips Charities to the city as part of the development of The Packing District.
