History Center's Scout Badge Citizenship Workshop

  • When: Saturday, March 9, 2024, 10:00 am -  1:00 pm
  • Location: 65 E. Central Blvd. Orlando, Florida 32801
  • Cost: Free-$30

The History Center offers great ways for members of Scouts BSA to earn badges in Citizenship, Textile, American Indian Lore, Art, and Sculpture. This month's theme is Citizenship in the World. Scouts who earn this merit badge will discover they are already citizens of the world and learn that being a good world citizen depends on their willingness to understand and appreciate the values, traditions, and concerns of people in other countries. One of Florida’s preeminent cultural institutions, the Orange County Regional History Center advances its mission to honor the past, explore the present, and shape the future through permanent and traveling exhibits, wide-ranging programs, and limited-run exhibitions from other prestigious institutions. ** Scouts under age 15 must be accompanied by an adult
