Join us on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday's for a fun Mommy & Me Bootcamp! Lead by example with littles in tow or no littles at all, all ages welcome! Get a full body interval-based workout with repeated bouts of heart pumping exercises, combined with a variety of strength training sets. Every class keeps your body guessing with a variety of body weight, free weight, resistance tube, loop band and station exercises. This class is where we set YOUR foundation, providing options to build up your fitness or push you out of your comfort level. All fitness levels welcome including prenatal upon signed physician’s waiver, provided by GRiT FIT.
Children 5+ and potty trained may join our youth fitness coaches on the courts for games and other activities or stick with mom & dad. 3 and under must attend in a stroller.
