Oakland Nature Preserve's Homeschool Class

Oakland Nature Preserve is proud to offer outdoor nature and science experiences to homeschool individuals and groups. Bring just your students to the Preserve for a regularly scheduled homeschool class or schedule a group class. This exciting once a month program (per age group) gives homeschool students hands-on science experience to reinforce topics and skills being taught at home. This program is drop-off only, 2 hours in length and is limited to 16 students (8 student minimum). NEW for Spring 2026 - we will offer each age class twice monthly - once on Monday mornings and once on Thursday afternoons. It is the same topic, please choose only one session for the age group.
* Classes are held every Monday 10-12pm or Thursday 2-4pm for ages 6-12yrs, Check dates for class age group.
