Spark Grounds Trial Workshops

The best way to understand one of our programs is to experience it. Trial classes give students an opportunity to meet the facilitators, explore the projects, and see whether a workshop feels like the right fit before registering for a full semester. We offer hands-on STEM, robotics, engineering, science, art, technology, makerspace, and creative learning experiences for students ages 3–17 throughout Osceola, Orange, Polk, and Lake Counties. Whether a student is building a robot, conducting a chemistry experiment, designing a 3D printed creation, creating a stop-motion film, or developing a game, the goal is never simply to complete an activity. The goal is to develop curiosity, teamwork, confidence, craftsmanship, leadership, and the ability to overcome and solve problems.
All trial sessions are $20. To ensure that as many families as possible have the opportunity to participate, students may attend one trial per class, per semester. Available trial opportunities are listed below and new trials are added throughout the semester as space allows.
