It’s Kids Week at the Center for Health & Wellbeing! Planting a garden is good for your body, mind and soul, and introducing children at a young age to this nurturing and empowering hobby will serve them well for life. In this class, led by Melissa Goltermann of Momma G Farms, your child will learn how to grow a plant from a cutting and from seeds. Melissa, who offers free classes to children and adults at her food forest farm in Eustis, is on a mission to educate others on how plants can be a part of a healthy healing diet. Inspire your kids to grow what they eat!

The kids will leave the class with new knowledge, new skills and their very own propagated plants that they will enjoy watching grow in the weeks to come.
