This April, Orange County is celebrating our beautiful planet with a month-long series of fun, educational, and sustainability-focused events that inspire residents to learn, engage, and practice earth-friendly habits. From a garden tour and eco-scavenger hunts to irrigation workshops and lessons in growing oyster mushrooms (how cool!), there’s something for everyone. Earth Month is a chance for residents and visitors alike to come together, learn, and participate in meaningful, hands-on experiences that build a more resilient community. Events will take place across the county in collaboration with numerous Orange County Departments and Divisions.
Join us at Tibet-Butler Preserve for a special Earth Month Open House celebrating conservation, sustainability, and the natural beauty of Orange County’s parks. Enjoy activities, meet our animal ambassadors, and discover how you can help protect our environment
