Attention all Junior Confectionery Bakers! Join us at The Confectionery Academy for a fun and instructional hands-on day of learning. We will make a variety of delightful and yummy treats to impress your friends and family. No experience is needed and everything is supplied. Just come ready to learn, have fun, and even bring a friend to share the experience. Recipes made in class will contain peanuts, gluten, wheat, and other possible allergens.


In this workshop, students will:
• Make Southern Cream Biscuts from scratch
• Hot Fudge Pie
• Puppy Chow Rice Krispy Treats
