Third Monday of the Month at 10:30am. It’s never too early to start teaching children healthy habits for life. Yoga is wonderfully suited to people of all ages, and it’s a perfect bonding exercise to do with your favorite little ones. Join, Jenni Franz, Pediatric Yoga teacher/Meditation Coach, and you and the children in your life will learn easy, fun yoga poses and practice calming meditations.
All ages welcome. No registration required.
