Ignite curiosity and creativity this holiday break with our immersive education experiences that bring the magic of the garden and kitchen to life! Students dive into hands-on projects inspired by nature, exploring how food, art, and science connect in unexpected ways. From exploring plants in the garden to crafting edible creations, each day offers new adventures designed to inspire young minds and cultivate a deeper appreciation for the world around them.

Celebrate the flavors and traditions of Ireland in this festive St. Patrick’s Day cooking class. Together, we’ll explore classic Irish food and modern twists—highlighting hearty ingredients, homey techniques, and the stories behind the dishes that make this holiday special. Students will explore the culinary garden and whip up a little Irish charm in the kitchen, followed by a student-crafted meal that captures the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day.
