What a fun-filled day we will have while exploring sound healing instruments, including gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, various drums, rain sticks, chimes, rattles, and more. In addition to learning about sound healing & learning to play instruments, we will also have a gentle yoga flow (no experience required,) breathwork meditation, shamanic drumming share, gong sandwich vibrational experience, and drum circle. I will also facilitate a sound journey for them! Bring snacks & lunch!
