Feel good here during your 9-month journey by practicing yoga postures that make pregnancy more comfortable and help prepare the body for giving birth. This Kundalini inspired prenatal class includes work on breath awareness, flexibility, and strength. No prior yoga experience necessary. Classes especially geared toward the needs of expecting women and new mothers.
