
The Young Chefs® Academy JuniorChefs™ program delivers a well-rounded approach to build upon a student’s experience and knowledge in the kitchen. Our JuniorChefs™ classes are designed to allow students to mesh passion and creativity with culinary techniques for exciting results. Classes can be attended individually or weekly as a Young Chefs Academy member. Our weekly curriculum will immerse Young Chefs in a world of culinary creativity and discovery. In addition to developing cooking skills, our weekly classes incorporate elements necessary for a budding young chef such as:
- Food preparation
- Cooking & baking techniques
- Kitchen safety
- Proper food handling
- Presentation
- Etiquette and manners
- Basic cognitive subject matter
