Join us for Community Day at True Health Lake Underhill on Saturday, November 15th! Community Day is an opportunity to catch up on screenings and check-ups that you may not otherwise be able to tackle during the week. We will also have partners onsite providing information about resources and a turkey and food giveaway (while supplies last)! Free Turkey and Food Giveaway! Turkeys are first come first serve, while supplies last.

Wellness Check Ups
Cervical Cancer Screenings
Dental Check Ups
Immunizations
