Baby & Me Yoga (FREE)

Join us for a nurturing morning of connection, movement, and community. This gentle yoga workshop is designed especially for postpartum moms and their babies. Led by Lesline Pittman, founder of the H.E.A.R.T. method, this session will guide you through breathwork, mindful movement, and moments of stillness that help you: Honor your healing, Embrace your body, Acknowledge your feelings, Restore your spirit, Trust your journey. Whether you're newly postpartum or further along in your journey, you're welcome here. No yoga experience is necessary. Come as you are — tired, tender, curious, or anything in between.
This event is FREE and open to the community. Space is limited, so be sure to RSVP. We can’t wait to see you. Please bring a yoga mat, a baby blanket, and anything else that helps you and your baby feel comfortable.
