Led by EEE educator and Food Historian Sarah Bousfield, this class will take you on a culinary journey, exploring the history of French cuisine. This engaging, interactive class will ignite curiosity and spark creativity in young minds, encouraging them to explore the world of food from a fresh perspective. In this day camp we will explore France and how it shaped culinary arts. We will cook and taste some classic French dishes like Ratatouille and Crepes.
