Family Night at Edible Ed brings families closer together by celebrating food as a communal bonding activity. Pasta: Learn the basics behind traditional pasta dough and methods, while also exploring just how regional pasta is! Try your hand at making fettuccini and gnocchi- the possibilities are endless for this class! Complete with accompaniments of seasonal sauce and an EEE Italian side.
