Avian Center for Birds of Prey's Valentine Party

Is held in February, in honor of Valentines day, and our Valentines Owl, Henry! Barn owls are sometimes called the Valentines Owl because of their unique heart-shaped face, and our barn owls will be out and about to celebrate! We also have a bake sale with lots of sweets handmade by our wonderful volunteers. Have the kids come and make a valentine card. The barn owl is sometimes affectionately known as the "Valentine owl" due to its heart-shaped facial disc. To celebrate, we're hosting a Valentine's Day party on February 8th, featuring Henry the barn owl!

$10 General Event Admission includes:
- Viewing ambassador birds under our pavilion and educational talks by our volunteers
- Supplies to make a Valentine's card

$20 Extra Sweet Event Admission includes:
- Viewing ambassador birds under our pavilion and educational talks by our volunteers
- Supplies to make a Valentine's card
- Supplies for a make-an-owl art project
- Your choice of a 4x6 print of one of our raptors to take home with you

A limited number of Owl and Falcon Experiences are also available!
