In this special edition of Edible Education, we invite your student to join us on a culinary journey through Italy, one of the world's most celebrated food cultures. Throughout the class, students will dive into the rich history of pasta—its origins, regional varieties, and the cultural significance it holds in Italian cuisine. More than just a lesson in history, they’ll roll up their sleeves and learn to make several types of pasta from scratch, including traditional shapes like fettuccine, and gnocchi.
