Join us on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 10 am - 4pm at Lake Eola Park in Downtown Orlando, It's Just Yoga is a family fun festival where We encourage a safe and nurturing environment for people of all ages. There is a special children’s class but children may participate in other classes as well. It’s Just Yoga” festivals are for yogis of all experience levels, ages, shapes and sizes. If it's your first time on the mat this will be the opportunity to learn something new or if you're an experienced yogi you can go to new heights of yoga fun. The Marketplace is a free the public show where attendees can interact, sample and explore the latest trends in health, wellness, fitness and eco products. Many vendors will also be offering opportunities to win great prizes throughout the day. You will also have the chance to meet several local yoga studios and find the right fit for you!
Children under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by parent or legal guardian. All classes are donation based and benefit New Hope for Kids. Donations are accepted onsite at the Information Tent.
