Ever wonder what it’s like to hatch out of an egg? Join us for "New Eggs," a family-friendly adventure where we dive into the egg-citing world of animal reproduction! Through fun hands-on activities, you'll discover which animals lay eggs, which don’t, and why it matters. Compare different types of eggs—from tiny fish eggs to the mighty ostrich egg—and explore how being born from an egg shapes an animal's life. Perfect for curious minds of all ages, this event will leave you egg-static about nature’s incredible diversity!

Bill Frederick Park covers 183 acres of land alongside Turkey Lake, one of the top-five rated fishing lakes in the state of Florida. Whether you want to bring your bike to explore the park trails, spend the afternoon fishing, or experience all the Children’s Farm, playground and Nature Connect Trail have to offer, you won’t have a problem finding things to do. Bill Frederick Park is home to premier disc golf courses and boasts one of the top-five fishing lakes in the state of Florida. The park is designed for nature lovers and provides families, organizations and community groups with several recreational activities and scenic views.
