Taught by a Registered Nurse, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. This class covers breastfeeding and pumping, Basic Breastfeeding, Milk production, Hormones of breastfeeding, Positions, Signs of a good latch, How to know your baby is getting enough, Pumping and breast milk storage, Maintaining your milk supply, and more. We encourage the attendance of your support person.
Classes are held the first Saturday of each month from 10-12pm.
