Plus, you’ll get to learn fun and surprising facts about the animals that call our forests, rivers, and skies home. It’s a wild adventure into the world of hibernation—Florida style!

Bill Frederick Park covers 183 acres of land alongside Turkey Lake, one of the top-five rated fishing lakes in the state of Florida. Whether you want to bring your bike to explore the park trails, spend the afternoon fishing, or experience all the Children’s Farm, playground and Nature Connect Trail have to offer, you won’t have a problem finding things to do. Bill Frederick Park is home to premier disc golf courses and boasts one of the top-five fishing lakes in the state of Florida. The park is designed for nature lovers and provides families, organizations and community groups with several recreational activities and scenic views.
