Confectionery Academy’s Gourmet Caramel Apples

This 5-hour class takes caramel apples to a whole new level! Students will create 5 delectable gourmet caramel apples, individually crafted with a delicious variety of premium chocolates and toppings. Pat Ashley will also demonstrate an additional five creative ideas for these apples sure to inspire students and bring out the inner confectioner in all. Students will take home their gourmet caramel apple creations. Age Requirements: The minimum age for this class is 14 years old.

In this class, students learn:

- To make caramel from scratch
- How to select, prep, and properly coat the apples
- Themed designs including Halloween
- Packaging for gift-giving or sales
