The Albin Polasek Museum invites the community out for family day! This is a free fun-filled and educational event for the whole family to celebrate Florida native plants. The program for the day includes kids’ activities, story time, demonstrations, workshops, plant sale, gallery talk and food trucks.
The Polasek is on the National Register of Historic Places and National Trust of Historic Artists Homes/Studios features over 200 works by Florida Artist Hall of Fame sculptor Albin Polasek, N.A. See our visiting exhibits, too. The Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Garden in Winter Park, FL is dedicated to promote the legacy of internationally known Czech-American sculptor, Albin Polasek, and to enrich lives through the power of inspiration conveyed by his STORY, SETTING and ART. The Sculpture Gardens -The Polasek is a living museum, with outdoor gardens dating to 1949. The three-acre garden is a pastoral oasis within the City of Winter Park. The sculpture garden at the Albin Polasek Museum is home to many beautiful native Florida and subtropical species. Available for Public or Group tours. The Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Gardens provides a variety of learning experiences for all ages and knowledge levels. We know you’ll be inspired by the Polasek story, setting, and art.
