The Finding Balance Class is a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive space for middle and high school students to discover and embrace mindfulness and holistic well-being in their daily lives. Our class is dedicated to promoting a balanced approach to managing the demands of home, school, and work. Through the integration of yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, our students cultivate strategies for reducing stress, enhancing focus, and nurturing a sense of inner peace. The class offers a safe and non-judgmental environment for students to explore various mindfulness practices and engage in open discussions about stress management and self-care. Students will have the opportunity to learn and practice yoga postures and sequences, develop awareness of breath and body through mindful movement techniques, and explore the transformative power of meditation.
