Here's the Scoop, we're having an Ice Cream Social! On Tuesday, July 23 from 11am-1pm, the City of Winter Park will stop by the Phelps Park Playground with Ice Cream! We will have 2 ice cream flavors and TONS of yummy toppings. This is a free event and open to the public. Ice cream flavors and toppings are while supplies last.
Phelps Park is a community park that offers a variety of facilities for all ages. This lively setting features playground equipment, basketball courts, tennis courts and pavilions available for rental. Phelps Park also has paved parking, restrooms, and picnic tables.
