Kick-off the Halloween season with the West Orange Junior Service League’s 5K - Spooky Sprint! Come run or walk this evening race and enjoy the creative decorations through beautiful Oakland Park in Winter Garden. This unique, nighttime, family-friendly 5K is sure to be fun for everyone. Bring your friends, family, or a team to create new healthy, Halloween traditions and memories. This event features a 5K, a Kid’s Fun Run, trick or treating, festive activities, food trucks, live DJ, and much more.
Each registered 5K participant will receive a timed race, dry-fit t-shirt, goodie bag, finisher’s medal, and post-race snacks. Special medals and prizes for top three finishers (best time, age categories) as well as $100 cash prize for best finishing time for under 18 years old runner (male and female). We will also have gift certificates for our top runners! Kids 10 and under are invited to participate in the Kid's half a mile Fun Run for FREE, but MUST register and sign a waiver online prior to the event. Registration for this event will close at 5:30 pm on race day.
