Yoga for Moms offers a safe space for mothers to connect with a supportive community of like-minded women as we come together to honor the beautiful journey of motherhood through gentle yoga poses, soothing breathwork, and mindful meditation. In every class, we explore gentle yoga postures and heart-centered practices that foster confidence, emotional balance, and personal growth. This sacred space is dedicated to honoring the complexities of the mother-child relationship and nurturing your own inner child through practices that promote healing and self-awareness.
Classes are held on Saturdays, 8:30am; Please bring: Water, Sunscreen, Yoga mat and towel. This is a Pay-What-You-Can Community Class.
