The Avalon Park POA has installed 6 new outdoor exercise stations and they have partnered with the East Orlando Gym to show the community how to use the equipment! Outdoor Equipment: Situp Bench, Chest Press, Leg Press, Double Pull Up bars, Push up/dip station, and Squat machine. Please join us to learn how to use these community exercise stations!
