We invite you to join us for some fun rolling, lifting, bending, and stretching through some Pilates exercises in an up-beat, kid-friendly atmosphere! Bring your mat and your little one and expect to make Classical Pilates exercises FUN.
We kindly request parents remain on the Center for Health & Wellbeing campus during the class. You can use the time to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee at Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen, use our free indoor walking track or get some work done with our free building-wide WiFi while relaxing in one of our many lounge areas.
