VADER'S TATERS – Crispy tater tots topped with scrambled eggs, chorizo sausage & applewood smoked bacon, finished with red hollandaise. C3PO-RITTO – Flour tortilla stuffed with blackened steak, scrambled eggs, potatoes, onions, peppers & chipotle mayo. Covered in golden hollandaise & served with your choice of side. DAGOBAH SWAMP TOAST – French toast dipped in cinnamon batter & seared brown, topped with chocolate whipped cream & finished with pancake “vines” and LEIA'S BUNS – Two large fresh-baked cinnamon buns topped with vanilla glaze.
