YMCA's Healthy Kids Day (Free)

Healthy Kids Day is a free event open to the community that’s designed to inspire kids’ creativity, awaken their imaginations, and encourage them to stay active. Healthy Kids Day is the Y’s national initiative to improve health and well-being for kids and families! Our goal is to get kids moving and learning, creating healthy habits that they can continue all throughout the year, but especially during the summer. Research shows that without access to out-of-school activities in the summer months, kids can fall behind academically and may also gain weight twice as fast. Following a year filled with numerous changes and uncertainty, Healthy Kids Day is a reminder to families that we can help ensure all children have access to the key ingredients to reach their full potential, even during out-of-school time.
Join us at your local YMCA for a day of family-friendly fun with games, Youth Sports academies, Aquatics activities, arts and crafts, and more. Each location will have a set schedule of events to participate in!
