It’s never too early to start teaching children healthy habits for life. Yoga is wonderfully suited to people of all ages, and it’s a perfect bonding exercise to do with your favorite little ones. Join Nicole Elliott, a yoga instructor at the Crosby Wellness Center at the Center for Health & Wellbeing, and you and the children in your life will learn easy, fun yoga poses and practice calming meditations.
Please bring your own yoga mats to class. This class is for ages Birth to 5 years.
