EYC Kids’ Yoga with Aerial is movement, fun and mindfulness. We howl at the moon in upward dog, hiss in cobra pose and land peacefully on our mats in butterfly pose. We play yoga games and work together to build confidence and self- esteem. Our aerial yoga classes offer children the opportunity to fly in silk hammocks to promote balance and boost confidence. Our airborne yogis demonstrate courage and strength in the air and on their mats. Our Kids’ Yoga with Aerial classes are specifically designed to help children ages 6-12 learn new ways to calm their minds and bodies through poses, focus, breath control, mindfulness and meditation. Children will get stronger and more flexible while building self-confidence by doing things they never thought possible.
Classes are held every Friday from 5-6pm.
