Let’s get physical! We’re running (or walking) our way back to the vibrant and dynamic 1980s for AIDS Walk Orlando: Retro Run. Lace up your sneakers and roller skates, dust off your leg warmers, and let’s have some fun! Let’s stride together to raise awareness, funds, and support for HIV prevention and treatment, and honor those who are no longer here to fight the good fight with us. It’ll be GNARLY! This fun run supports Hope & Help, an organization that has been fighting the HIV epidemic in Orlando since 1988. Whether you’re a solo runner or part of a team, you’re a winner for fighting against HIV stigma, and, for that, you’ll get a medal that’s pretty rad. This race also features a Retro Remembrance Fair afterwards with Food trucks, Games & raffle prizes, Live entertainment, and more!
Individual runners and teams can sign up to fundraise for the event. We will have awards for the Top 3 race finishers, as well as awards for the team and individual who raises the most money. Get your team together, grab your hairspray, and let’s take it way back to the 80s! Thank you for supporting the fight against HIV!
