This class is open to expectant moms in all stages of pregnancy. Feel better today and throughout your 9-month journey by practicing yoga postures that make pregnancy more comfortable and help prepare the body for giving birth. This Kundalini inspired prenatal class includes work on breath awareness, flexibility, and strength. Open to ALL levels of yoga experience, including beginners. Please bring a yoga mat and any props for class. Classes include work on breath awareness, flexibility, and strength to help make pregnancy more comfortable and prepare the body for birth.
Classes are open to all level and held every Saturday from 12:45-2:00pm.
