5K Run/Walk: Lace up your sneakers and hit the pavement in the Soca Reggae 5K! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just out for a leisurely walk, it's all about moving together and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Dance Event: Feel the rhythm and let loose at our dance event! Get your groove on to the infectious beats of Soca and Reggae music, and dance your way to fitness and fun.

Wellness Festival: Discover the path to a healthier you at the Wellness Festival. Join us for health education sessions, wellness workshops, and explore a variety of health-focused vendors. Best of all, admission to the Wellness Festival is FREE!
