Hometown Market's Tea Light Ghosties

This class will feature an introduction to clay handbuilding, step-by-step instructions, and ongoing guidance to create your own unique tea light ghostie. All materials, tools, and supplies are provided. Participants will start with a slab of wet clay and instructors will guide you to create your own unique piece! Participants will be able to complete this project in the allotted class time. The pieces will then be taken offsite to be fired, glazed, and refired, and then be returned to Hometown for participant pick-up. NOTES TO CONSIDER: SAFETY: the tools and equipment used to manipulate clay may not be suitable for younger artists. It is important that all participants are able to be fully attentive and take direction well in a group setting in order to fully enjoy the experience and achieve a finished piece during the allotted time.
Any children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to ensure their safety. This class may not be suitable for children under 12.
