Come join us for a class at the Confectionery Academy of Bake Supply Plus! The Confectionery Academy provides ultimate hands-on classes of the confectionery arts to industry professionals and dedicated pastry and cake enthusiasts! There is something for everyone to learn. Although each class features unique techniques, there is a common element throughout all courses--you will participate in creating "MAGIC"! The Confectionery Academy proudly presents world class chefs, chocolatiers and sugar artists to spark the creativity within all students. The students will build technical skills learned in the classroom along with understanding how ingredients work within their creations. We look forward to sharing our passion for the "Art of Confectionery!" Classes range from ages 12 and up.
Today's Class: In this hands-on class learn to make delicious baked donuts and mini red velvet Bundt cakes. Lorena will teach you to drizzle and decorate them with festive fondant add-ons to impress your family, friends and clients. These donuts are uniquely exquisite with a touch of seasonal spices. And you’ll fall in love with the velvety texture and the delicate taste of these mini bundts. They will be a great addition to your sweet table for Thanksgiving and the Holidays.
