Kickoff of the 2023 Cure Bowl will be on Saturday, December 16 at 3:30 p.m. ET, marking the return of college football’s Bowl Season to Central Florida. Now in its ninth year, the Cure Bowl will be broadcast for the first time on ABC. The Cure Bowl is operated by the Orlando Sports Foundation in collaboration with ESPN Events, a division of ESPN. In 2022, the Cure Bowl hosted a pair of top-25 teams as the Sun Belt’s Troy Trojans defeated the UTSA Roadrunners of Conference USA 18-12. The Cure Bowl is more than a game. The Cure Bowl is more than a game. It’s a celebration of those who are living with or have been impacted by cancer today - and those who will face it tomorrow. It’s a rally cry to the world to raise awareness and help bring an end to this deadly disease once and for all. The Cure Bowl is an NCAA college football bowl game played each December in Orlando, Florida. Funds raised from the Cure Bowl benefit some of the nation’s highest-rated cancer research organizations.
