When the heat turns on, how do you keep cool? Join Kids Yoga Teacher Lisa Schreiber for a CHILLED-OUT morning! Engage in games, stories, music and other fun activities while learning stress management strategies like yoga and meditation! After the class, stay for a refreshing smoothie or açaí bowl! Best for preschool and early-elementary aged children. Parents/guardians are welcome to participate. Bring a yoga mat or large towel and water. We will be outside on the green space so sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, etc might be needed. Join us on June 14 and 19th at 10am.
