Rosen Centre's Thanksgiving Buffet

Last Thanksgiving, grateful guests lined their plates with global cuisine like green shell mussels from New Zealand or butternut squash bisque with coconut and Thai curry.

Attendees went “off script” with samples of top dishes from restaurants at Rosen Centre, including Everglades Restaurant’s Angus beef Tomahawk chop, crispy shrimp won ton tacos from 98Forty, fresh sushi from Banshoo Sushi, and lobster mofongo from Harry’s Poolside Bar & Grill.

Many topped off their delectable evening with spiced pumpkin cheesecake, bourbon pecan pie, and white chocolate caramel apple spice crème brûlée.
