Under the Lights Co-Ed Flag Football Spring Season

REGISTRATION is OPEN for the 2025 WINTER Under the Lights flag football season. The WINTER season runs from January through March, with games taking placeat a variety of locations around Orlando, Winter Garden, Lake Nona, and Winter Park. Practices are held an hour before the games and players will receive an Under Armour game shirt and shorts.
