Lightning Girls Lacrosse

Growing the game of lacrosse in central Florida: Girls' high school and middle school players continuing to enhance their skills and development through training, learning and playing. A FUN and AFFORDABLE OPTION for ALL Players!Our mission at Lightning Lacrosse is to teach and develop players, improve their skills, increase their lacrosse IQ, and build their confidence to a level that allows them to compete. Our program provides an affordable option for players to learn, improve, grow in the sport, meet new friends, and have FUN as they develop the lacrosse skills needed to compete with confidence.

Lightning Lacrosse offers youth recreational lacrosse in the for girls throughout Central Florida who are interested in learning the game of girls' lacrosse and continuing to build on their skills and knowledge of the game. Depending on registrations and numbers of players, we offer teams for elementary ages (3rd grade though 5th grade) and middle school ages (6th grade through 8th grade).
