At CrossFit Kids Orlando we practice enrichment through exercise. The human brain is wired to respond to exercise. Physical challenges 'prime' the brain to retain information, process problems, and learn better. CrossFit Kids Orlando is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit. It is an age appropriately designed program that takes into consideration factors such as neurological, cognitive, and motor skills. Healthy living requires kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, and jump effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play organized athletics.
Want to teach your teens how to work out properly and have fun doing it? Our coach-led group fitness class is for you! We offer a fun mix of challenging workouts that include cardio, bodyweight movements, and weights that change every day. Our program emphasizes starting safely and progressing at your own pace. All levels and abilities are welcome, we have age groups from 5-14!
