Our long-term golf program has been developed with the students' development in mind. From the casual beginner introduction to the rigorous advanced training, you can rest assured that your junior golfer will receive exactly what they need. Research suggests that achieving elite status in any field requires approximately 10,000 hours of dedicated practice. This translates to around 40 hours per week for 5 years. However, for junior golfers aiming to secure college placements, we've observed that a range of 4,000 to 6,000 hours is typically sufficient.
Our year round programming is based on the American Development Model (ADM) developed by the United States Olympic Committee. This program provides the proper amount an athlete should participate in a particular sport at the corresponding age to reach this goal.
